With over 35 years of hands-on building experience, we undertake everything from individual repairs and small building works to complete repointing, roofing, renovation, extensions and larger property improvement projects.
We have particular experience with older, stone, period, vintage and listed buildings, where understanding the existing construction and choosing appropriate materials can be just as important as carrying out the repair itself.

Older buildings often require a different approach from modern construction. HeriLisT has extensive experience of traditional stone construction, lime mortars, breathable materials, traditional roofing and the diagnosis of defects caused by age, water ingress or inappropriate previous repairs.
We don’t automatically replace something simply because it is old. Wherever practical, we look first at what can be repaired, retained and properly maintained.
